Calories in Shawarma, Fatayer Cheese and Falafel

The team at Fitness O2 has done some research on how many calories there are in some of the Arabic sandwiches we tend to eat either for a quick meal, a bite after a night out or lunch in the office. We got the info on calorie count and % from livestrong.com (thank you Livestrong) and have put a chart together for 3 types of common sandwiches:

  1. Chicken Shawarma
  2. Fatayer Jibneh (what some of us call Man'oosheh Jibneh)
  3. Falafel Wrap
