The team at Fitness O2 has done some research on how many calories there are in some of the Arabic sandwiches we tend to eat either for a quick meal, a bite after a night out or lunch in the office. We got the info on calorie count and % from

Livestrong) and have put a chart together for 3 types of common sandwiches:
- Chicken Shawarma
- Fatayer Jibneh (what some of us call Man'oosheh Jibneh)
- Falafel Wrap
